Firefox help: Non-geeks need not apply.

I have the Speed Dial extension installed (fixes the only thing that was better about Opera than Firefox), and I managed to set Firefox to go to the address bar when I open a new tab (in case I’m typing in a URL instead of clicking a speed dial link). However, there is content in the address bar (chrome://speeddial/content/speeddial.xul), and instead of highlighting it automatically, it just places the cursor at the end. Is there a way that you know of to change to an auto-highlight?
