I have to do the most terrible thing in the world: Wear a dress.
It’s for the Spring Concert in chorus. I’m definitely not a girly girl. I’ve been mistake for a guy before. I mean, not in a bad way. I just wear baggy shirts and knee length shorts. That is to say, I know almost nothing about girl’s fashion. And. I don’t know. I asked a few of my friends, and they said they couldn’t even imagine me in a dress. So, I have a two main questions.
1) What style of dress do you recommend, and do you know where I can get one? It’s only for singing, and the Chorus director said ‘Something that you’d wear to a prom.’ Remember, I’m pretty much on a limited budget.
2) Uh, how do I get over my dress anxiety? I don’t like girly clothes, and dresses feel too open for me.
