i need advice on a guy i like at work!

so i just started my job like last friday and me and this guy have worked maybe 4 times together, but we talk alot when we work together…im crushing on him big time..and sometimes i think hes into me and sometimes im confused..so idk..idk if i should tell him or not?!? or if i do tell him how to tell him!! ugh..btw we work in a restaurant im a hostess and he is a food runner..im 17 fxn to be 18 and hes 19 fxn to be 20..hmm help plz? any advice! :/

Most guys would love to be approached by a girl first. It’s one of those situations that you just have to do something even if it’s scary, because if you wait around, usually nothing happens. It’s likely the guy is going through the same thoughts as you. Be careful though, I used to date someone i worked with at a resteraunt, and when we broke up it was really hard to work at the same place, ,and she ended up quitting so we didn’t have to see eeach other.

in this situation you should be able to tell or ‘feel’ if theres something going on btwn the two of u, ie, flirting, eyeing each other randomly, etc. if this sort of stuff is going on hes def into u too. idk if telling him straight up is the best way. im a guy, if i was him and felt the same way, id want u to ask me out or something, then see how things go from there. oh also, if things move too fast, work will become mad awkward, so take it slow..

maybe you should just ask him to coffee, dinner, a movie you are both wantin to see, at least he would know that you are crushing on him…i dont know how much ths helps or not.
