ok so i need some more help on my situation…

i just asked some ppl about what to do about a guy im crushing on at work! :] and everyone told me guys like to be approached and asked out..well i need help on how to do that or at least how to get the confidence to do that?!?

Ask him for a coffe ,lunch or a check out a movie,something honest and hopefully nature will take its course,youll find it easier once you spend a little time intimatly with him,get a feel for his feelings,work off of that,dont let fear stop your heart felt,be positive and be natural be you,no doubt,just be confident and keep your eye on the ball,the worst thing that can happen is he says no,and you dont know until you try,dont spend your days in regret,smile bring it

Honestly I don’t think it should be that hard. It’s much easier for a girl to approach a guy than it is for a guy to approach a girl. You mentioned that you talk to him pretty regularly, so just slowly bring it up the next time you talk. Just ask him out for lunch or something casual. See what he says. By the way, you appear pretty attractive so I don’t think you should have to worry about confidence.
