Eat less. Move more.
You look hot in that picture. Unless you are the guy but I hope your name isn’t joy if you are the guy. And flat doesn’t mean beauty. I like muscle tone.

Reducing your overall body fat will help as well as exercising your abs more.

Weight training and plenty of the right foods. You can build muscle, but it’s nigh impossible to build muscle and lose fat at the same time.
soft tummy, means yes u have to strengthen it. suck it it real fast over & over as many times as u can through out the day. be consistant!
Pelvic tilt… You’ll need a chair…
Lay on your back on the floor with your legs bent at a 90degree angle and your feet on the seat of the chair. Lay your arms flat to your side with your hands on the floor. Inhale (while you inhale, let your stomach raise and fill with air)… as you exhale life your butt off the floor and hold in the air for 1 second. Repeat 15 times (15 reps), do 4 sets of 15 reps each. Do it a couple times a week.
Keep in mind when you’re exhaling you should contact your abs and do not let your stomach inflate- do the opposite.
This will also work your butt!
just do crunches because that will tone your stomach “pooch” into muscle without making you lose weight… it works for me
then you could do alternate crunches like with your feet in the air etc
Hehe, don’t go along with “the American lifestyle”.
That is when two gorgiously looking people meet and marry. When after 5-10 years, “he” still looks the same, because he works a carreer job for an insurance company or ad agency, and he has to keep fit to serv his customers. He plays golf with them, tennis and you name it. But in the meantime, “she” is sitting home in the sofa, watching soap operas and eating take-home food from KFC or McDonalds, growing an a** which requires a tow truck to move.
So, a more pedagogic reply:
Your stomach is kept in place by muscles. They develop right when you move correctly, and exercise. But your stomach is also a storage place for fat, and that storage is highly dependant on what you eat, when you eat it and how much you eat.
That fat is not easily burned, because it is intended for long-term storage and has to be chemichally altered before being usable energy. It concists of carbonhydrate, just as sugar, oil, gasoline or wood.
Now, you can tow a trailer full of barrels with thick oil behind your car, but it can not be used for the car until you refine it. And you will not find any reasons to refine that oil, as long as you feed the engine with fresh gasoline. But it is there, so when you run out of gasoline you could use the oil (if you just knew how to refine it).
So you carry around with that tummy fat, which will not be used as energy as long as you keep feeding on easier-to-use food, like fruits, sugar and chocolate. The immediately accessable energy in that food is used, and the excess of fat is added to the tummy storage pond.
But your body has a refining capacity, and you have to cheat it into using it! That means an intake of low-fat food, with a “too low” easy-to-use content of carbonhydrates (in this case, sugar), i.e. less than the energy you are consuming (which in practice also means that you should use much energy, like working hard or training).
So your body will notice this lack of neccessary input, initiating a refining procedure where your tummy fat is turned into easier used carbon hydrates.
Voila!
Your tummy gets flatter.
lol molotok guess what I was reading your first reply about sitting at home eating KFC and I almost cried because IM EATING KFC RIGHT NOW!!!! :(
Hehe, don’t worry as long as you move!
But try to eat much protein and less fat, after having moved a lot. Then you will build muscles, while taking from the fat storage for energy. Then you will also not loose weight.
Such food is filet steak and low-fat milk, but also beans.
But don’t be too fixed by that flat tummy - you look awesome already!
I dont really think I am going to be moveing all that much seeing as softball is now over..
–thank you!!! =)
