I have a cold..

And it’s killing me!! My head feels like its full of sharp rocks my throat is so dry it hurts to breath and my nose is either burning or blocked! To top it all off the backs of my eyes burn as well-in fact my whole head is just one firey mess! Please can someone give me advice on how to get better I’m on cold and flu tablets and try to keep up my immune system but nothing’s working!!
