when someone you care about betrays you, how do you

get past all the pain and hurt and move on when you are left with so many unanswered questions and what ifs that will probably never be answered, but that are constantly on your mind? Can you get past something when there are unanswered questions? Any help or words of wisdom are greatly appreciated

If you can still make contact with that person, ASK.

They were really close to me. not any more though because of things that happened. have asked but won’t give me answers and contact with this person has been cut off. How do I get these questions out of my head and move on without knowing why these things were done?

the thing that hurts the most is not knowing the reasons why… i believe you should ask his/her reason… and if that person you cared about couldn’t give you a valid reason at all… you can start asking why the hell did he/she did such thing that could hurt you… and what you are to him/her… i know it is not easy asking these things… but if you want peace of mind… there’s no other way to attain it…
in this life, we have to take chances…
