I am coming off of certain medications and heading towards all natural. But if you see a Dr. they can give you a better idea. Therapy helps, be careful about going on medication, some of them like Cymbalta can really mess you up when you try to come off of them. I have Bipolar 2 and I have to be very conscious of my moods from hour to hour. It can be dealt with effectively just be careful when deciding what path to take. But definitely see a Dr. Best Wishes….Shakey
