I am in a pickle , While lookin at my emails I found a ad for claim money from a diffiance country. they email me back and that if I wanted the money I have to pay for all the paper work that came with it. can you help me.

There are several versions of an e-mail scam that matches your description. It is a con and you should avoid it.

It is a scam, they will get you to pay for something first and then you will never see them or the money again… Many people have been caught in this trap so don’t you be the next victim.
If you need money there are many more legit ways of getting it you just need to look around.
Ask fammily and friends, go to the bank get a loan, anything is better than going with these people they will only take you fr a ride and leave you in worse debts than you are now so think long and hard before you rush into anything.
