How can you make yourself feel better?
I find that self neglect puts the mind into a negative mindset. You then start to create a negative atmosphere around you. So what can you do to feel better. There are many things. You want to choose something active. A walk in the park is a great way to relax, nod heads at ppl who pass by and get a slight workout. Try to only eat when your hungry because overeating will only make you feel sluggish and sleepy. On the other hand, drinking is good, drink water, milk, and drinks with vitamin c. vitamin c creates energy i believe. I am not an a nutritionist. i am a normal guy haha. Haircuts are always refreshing. I love group games. When you play dont concentrate too much on winning, just have fun and talk. I thought these thoughts my help someone. There are so many questions posted but not many answers. I hope someone can use this.
