school help: I am so confused. - Help.com

I am so confused.

I feel so lost! I am upset about so many things, stressing about so many things. I keep failing classes at school, have been for a whole year now. I am on pending dismal at school and i just…I duno…I can’t seem to pull myself together! I missed my appointment with my counselor this morning and rescheduled for tomorrow, I am going to be late to my first class and i am considering not going to it at all. I am so depressed abotut all that has happened so far that i am just going to blow off my Jenny Craig diet and go to Culver’s (fast food). But then i worry that I will just get fatter and don’t want to eat there. But then i decide to just blow off school completely for the rest of the day. So either way, I am either more stressed or more depressed. The food helps me feel relieved and lowers my stress level. Leaving the food alone just makes me depressed, get down about myself, and makes me go away and hide. :o( I dunno what I should do.

try to focs on one thin you are good at and dedicate yourself on it. ifyou keep busy you want even have time to contemplate eating a lot

I was an emotional eater too. I gained weight and none of my clothes fit and I was miserable. It seams like when you do not feel good about yourself you look at everything else in your life in a negative way too. Just because you missed up on your diet doesn’t not mean you give up,It’s means You start again, Everybody makes mistakes.It’s great that you rescheduled your missed appointment with your conselor, They are there to help you. Try drinking some hot teas during the day to relax you. Try Tangerine zinger or lemon zinger. This will help curve your appetite and relax you. Another great thing I find that may help you www.letsgetthin.com. I do not know what they have available in your area, but this program works, But please ask your doctor first. You will make it through school and you will lose that weight. You are in control of your life. If you keep doing the same things and getting the same results, Then you need to do things differently.
