This is normal. Just hope for your mother and know that a healthy child is what a parent needs. Your struggle is there and obvious… it will be ok and there is a time in the future when all the anxiety will not be there. Think about that time.

I’ve been there, I’m currently being treated for depression, you are just having a rough time, speak to your GP, Samaritans, or other help lines. Just remember your not alone
