Looking for investor for start up business.

I have bad credit and have been turned down by every bank. Friends and family don’t have much to lend. I have some inventory in storage to start with. Will need about 12,000 to start. This will sort of be a turn-key operation. At the last location the landlord wanted to rent to offices instead of retail so did not renew the lease. I am willing to pay a high interest rate because I know even if a bank did approve me I would pay a high rate. I already know what products I want to sell and how to get the business rolling. I don’t really need help with running the business just help getting it started. I am asking for 12,000 because I don’t want to borrow more than what I have to and don’t mind working hard to get things rolling. Willing to sign a legal promissary note, or whatever legal document needed to protect me and the lender. Would like to get this started a.s.a.p. Like looking to scam anyone so I do not want to be contacted by scammers. By the way the business is a variety located in brooklyn. If you have any other questions feel free the contact.

I used to work w/ the loans side of a commercial bank, and I notice every person w/ bad credit always had some “justification” as to why they ended up the way they did. Sorry, try Nigeria 419 or “you can get rich quick if you send 6 easy payments of $299 for the next 6 months deal.”

If you’re weak enough to have bad personal credit, there is no way a bank or any other sensible institution will give you a loan to start a business. You can’t take care of your own finances. How do you think someone will expect you to be able to keep a business on track?

Fix your credit working for other people first. If you must start a business, bootstrap one part-time. If it can’t pay for itself, nobody’s going to waste their money on it.

Also, help.com is full of pregnant teens and urban hipsters. None of us has $12000 to throw away on some dude in Brooklyn.

Everyone needs help sometime. my ex husband ruined my credit and now cant get a loan myself. I feel for you. Shut up everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at all these stupid ridiculous questions on here. he/she is just asking for help at help.com!!!!!!!!!
