I did a one day fast and did a run which i normally do every other day.

But when I finished I felt horrible and now my teeth and mouth ache a lot. Am i dehydrated?

ummmm YEAH! Who told you a fast includes water? Please don’t fast without water again - that is very dangerous.

i guess I will go see a doctor but of course I don’t have health insurance. And will beg my boss tomorrow to sign me up.
