You can make an energy construct of another animal, but you cannot embody your spirit in something else.

Really, I wish I could help you but if I tell you what I know, you’d have to believe it first before it could help you. And no one can convince you but yourself. Most of modern science agrees that there is no such thing as magic/spirituality/energy. Whilst the truth may be different, I won’t convince you of it - as a matter of fact I can’t even tell you about it without being ridiculed.

No. And I’m not going to argue with someone that isn’t up for a serious discussion. In this world, claiming to be part of a religion or to be spiritual is social suicide, simply for the reason that the majority of people don’t believe in it. Science hasn’t proven or disproved the existence of god or spirituality, and it never will. Who knows what’s possible. I’ve witnessed some pretty crazy stuff. Perhaps, but Science can prove or disprove whether you can “make energy construct of another animal” or if you can not. You can tell whether this happened or not through simple observation; at T=0 there is no frog on the table and at T=1 a frog appears out of no where. It’s quite definitive. The observer need not believe or disbelieve in magic all that matters is that a frog papered from no where.

Well, since it’s an energy construct in the first place, it wouldn’t be a REAL living frog. Just a lump of energy that behaves like a frog. Technically, it would be impossible to create a frog (unless it is possible to beam matter like in starship enterprise).
