did the help.com email go into a spam folder at the ISP?

The easiest thing to do it make a user name. Then in your description in your profile put a link to your old user so that your posts and replies are still linked with you.

i had this problem so i set up a new email and used that. for some reason it wouldn’t accept my usual e mail it sent nothing to my inbox or spam. however sent an e mail in seconds to my new e mail address.

Has he tried asking Help.com to send the information again in case the first one didn’t work.

Yes, very likely a mistake. Hang on and let people do their jobs.

I have sent a quick email to Yourabi so he can look in to it. Little bit weird. He isnt banned or anything so he should not be having any problems. Ditzy (and the Mod team)

I had a problem yesterday because I cleared my cookies. I had to go find my original verification email I had saved. A neighbor complained as well…gave up I think.

i actually talked to him on the phone today… he has tried everything.. he remembers his password.. however it is not letting him into his account.. so he tried the remember your password thing in which they send you your password to your email.. well.. after a couple of attempts to do this… it didnt work.. he never received an email with his password.. i have contacted ditzy to check into this and see what someone can do to help.. hopefully it will be resolved soon… i miss him being here too..

maybe he should verify orcahnge his email address? That might work?

I got locked out of my account once, password would not seem to recognise and any log in information they sent me was not sent (Make sure that Hotdog has checked the JUNK folder in his email though just in case).

I made an account and shouted one of the admins (KT) and she set my password as ‘password’ for five minutes so that I could get back into my old account. I think that the problem was that I didn’t create a password at all.. Anway, yeah.

Maybe his computer isn’t excepting the cookies for help, that happened to me not to long ago, I had to change my firewall settings to except the cookies so I could get onto help. Please tell Hotdog I miss him!!!

but you don’t.

Also I had a problem having it sent. Keep trying it WILL

once you get on again set a password under settings
trust me the same thing happened to me

no.. he is a long time user.. he does have a password..

Anyword about Hotdog?

it is after dawning on me does he use dial-up or is it through a modem that he access the interent, because maybe if he cleaned his cache it might work.

I just had that problems that why I have not been here in a few weeks. My emails was being block and could not send or recevice emails. You to check your setting, or call your ISP provider and let them know so they can fit it.
