Any experts on Africa out there?

I need to write a 12 page paper on any African country in regards to one specific aspect of government policy in that country (doesn’t really matter what aspect though), and I have absolutely no idea where to begin. Its for my government/politics of Africa class. Can anyone help or offer suggestions for topics? I need something that I can find a lot of information on in a short amount of time — enough to fill 12 pages anyway. And before next Tuesday. Thank you so much in advance to anyone who might be able to help.

The two countries with (seemingly) the most government turmoil from my understanding is Burundi and Rwanda. I know in recent years, leaders in Rwanda have been assassinated in numbers… Wikipedia some of the data on those two countries and see which one intrigues you the most… Get back to me let me know if I can help out more!
