i think ignoring her would be best. generally people would rather be given negative attention than be ignored.

although true revenge usually includes untrue rumors or rumors so dirty yet

next time slap her in the face and say word for word “stop f******** bothering me b*tch!” then walk away if you can if not just go sit down.

Revenge is sweet and wonderful. In fact it is sometimes the only thing that keeps me going. write her parents an anonymous letter saying that you are a local small child and that she molests you. Send a copy to the police and school board also.
Make flyers that say “This person has genital warts” Staple them EVERYWHERE.
Pour a mixture of 1 gallon milk, 1 large can of tuna, 1 large can of minced onions, and 4 eggs in a blender… blend it up to a pretty malt consistency..
Then pour it in said persons car… on the floor of their backseat… hopefully its summer and warm.
The smell from that will make you want to die.. Or pour it in her room, locker, etc.
look through a bunch of photographs- I am sure you can find some of naked little kids… Everyones parents have naked child pictures of their kids- get a bunch of those and put them all over that persons living spaces. Then call the police and social services about suspected child molestation.
This is gunna be gross- but it would be SOO worth it. Save up your tampons for MONTHS… Or if you have the stomach for it- go into those sanitary napkin bins at public restrooms and get a ******** of used tamps and pads. litter her car, room, locker, whatever with them..
