I attempted suicide once but now i think i’m ok.. i’m really convinced about stopping the meds.. but the thing that is concerning me that i came here to ask?! which means that i’m not sure!

Ok, did your psychiatrist and psychologist say that it was ok for you to stop the meds? Because if not, you NEED to listen to them, you might not be ready to move on yet. Your mom, loving and wonderful though she might be, is not an expert here, and she can’t tell you what will make you better.
Maybe you need to ask your doctors for different meds if the ones you are using aren’t working for you?

Your meds might just be placebos. That means that your doctor gave them to you and told you they were supposed to do something. In theory, this might make you feel better, but obviously it didnt. Talk to your doctor

No hold on - sometimes you should taper them off dropping the dose on a scheduled basis. Dont upset your brain waves by depriving it of something it has just gotten used to - it could have pretty catastrophic results. Please wait the few days and check with a preofessional.

I’m not saying it’s working for you and (it should be after that amount of time - I would have thought) I’m not saying dont switch . what I am saying is do not under any circumstances just stop taking it. It really can have a totally detriental affect on both your physical health (you could have a fit) and your mental health (you could end up worse). Please ask for new meds and a schedule to phase out the existing ones. Please dont damage yourself for the sake of waiting a few days. Dont be fobbed off by your doctor - tell him your intentions and ask for the ‘reduciton’ programme . that’s what you need
