Wait for him to call you. If he doesn’t call back in a day or so, then you should just talk to him at school & ignore the whole phone thing :]

If he like you he would of said something in the phone call. When someone says “I’ll think about it” then there is doubt. If he reallyed like you there should be no doubt. If there was an issue of getting his parents involved or too much stuff going on he should of told you. Since he didn’t, wait for him to call. He should of called by now concidering how late I am replying but if he didn’t, talk to him and ask him what happened? If it is the right situation he might think you are joking about likeing him. Who knows what is going through his mind. Just do the right thing, your still young.

just keep your composure if he says no, don’t show him that he has possibly hurt you.
or do the opposite and start sobbing to get pity?
