my computer plays online videos slow like youtube.

I use wirless connection, it loads fast but when it comes time to play the video it is slow and stutters allot and freezes alot but I could sill hear it. I usally have a connection it tells me that I have a strong signal, but when i use my parents computer and watch videos on thier compuer whcih is also wireless it runs more smothly does anyone know why???
