Is this a good song to analyze for English class?

For English, I have to pick a song and analyze its meaning by answering several questions. Do you think this song is appropriate or ‘deep’ enough to interpret? What do you think?

ok. analyze it from the standpoint of authority and perhaps the folowing:
what gives someone authority over you? is it that they are smarter/ better/ older? that you have voted them into that position?

why are they followed, as the song talks about? is this because authority creates a moral requirement? i.e. if a stop sign says stop, is it now immoral to run it? and why?

is it ok to coerce people to obey through the threat of punishment?

there. that’s a good start.
