Piece of my diary:
4-11-2006:
I am a girl who have to choose one out of three. I was born with the religion of my father and grandfather before him and of my father’s grandfather……
Unfortunately to me and my family, I believe in another religion. It is a religion so similar to my family’s religion. I’m waiting till I become an independent person to tell everyone that I believe in something different to their belief.
On the other hand my mom’s religion is different to my dad’s and different to the one that I believe in. You might think that this doesn’t make a huge difference in a person’s life, but it DOES. If she didn’t have a different one, then I wouldn’t have accepted new thoughts so quickly as I did. My belief is even different from those three religions, I do belief in one of them so much, but it is believing in my own way. It is all depending on how I grew up and of the many different thoughts and ideas I recieved from all around me.
In one way or another, no one believes in only one religion. Any two religions have many common thoughts. Any religion on earth have some wrong things and believes too. It is because people have carried the main ideas of those religion through out years from a generation to generation. And things might have been misuderstood sometimes or miss caried other times. I give an example that I really like: If there was some one hudred person sitting beside each other in a line, and the first person have to whisper to the other person a sentence, let’s say it could be: “I say that Sandy looks beautiful every day, Mike likes the way she walks.”
With all the unheard words and all the misheard words, the sentence might reach the one hundred’s person something like: “I tell you that sand looks wonderful every May, Might like the way she walks.”
It might not make any sense, but that’s because people are only human and they make mistakes. The sentence makes no sence but they might think it doesn’t have to make any. Even through out history, you can find religious people making mistakes and believes that have been misunderstood everywhere and at anytime….
