I’m have never been so sad…

. I feel like my life is ending… I have lost all in my life and can’t pick up the pieces.. I need help!! I can’t do this anymore!! I’m so alone it hurts so badddddd… I’m on my last thread .. The person that I loved is gone and I can’t seem to replace the empty feeling I have in my heart..

I’ve been there before. You are suffering from depression.

I suggest medical attention. Believe me, you’re not alone, it feels that way. Sometimes to the point where you don’t care if you’re alone or not.

But don’t give into it. Sometimes your mind is your own worst enemy.

I too have those moments. Call friends and get someone to talk to. Write down emotions if you can. Pin point the feelings you have and try to understand where each feeling is coming from.

It takes time, and of course it hurts so bad right now… it’s only natural. Time does heal the wounds, and life will get better again. It’s too soon to fill that empty spot in your heart, so take good care of yourself right now and allow yourself time to mourn. Eventually you will be able to get back out there and meet new people… heartbreak hurts, but it doesn’t kill us… and you will see that we all carry on, even when it feels like we’ll never be able to live again!!

i know exactly how you feel, man i always hate when people say that, do they really know how we feel? How can they feel the emptyness, the hurt the pain the lies, the list is never ending, good in people have disapeared…I am on my ‘last thread’ too, but i look at it as those people do not have control over my life, hurt and pain seems like it will never go away, its just a wound, that can be healed, believe or nothing will get better, i hope this helped you, even if only a tiny part got through your barrier, if i can start and try at least to recover, so can you.
