i don’t know what to do my whole life is falling down above me and i can’t get out .

my whole life is falling apart at a faster rate than i can catch it. i don’t know what to do i am broke and i just lost my job and i owe everybody something!!! i don’t know what to do!!!

Don’t worry, things are going to be alright. You can find another job, I guess. It isn’t that your life is over! Just have a day or two off to think calmly about what you want to do and then when you know exactly, you will find a better job too.

It’s a temporary crisis, but you’ll pull through… first talk to the people you owe money to and tell them the situation and ask for their patience. File for unemployment. Do you have any friends or family who can help you out a little in the meantime? … focus on the absolute essentials… food and shelter. Continue to look for work. It will be OK… it’s just a temporary setback, so don’t panic! You can get things back under control…
