I’ve been there. Someday you’ll eventually just say f it and just start accepting yourself. You can’t hate yourself forever…it eventually gets boring. I realized at one point I was my own worst enemy.

Study & Practice courage.KNow that everyone has felt this way.And Face your fears.Confidence comes with maturity and experience.So if your young just be patient.If you young just try not to do anything to demean yourself,enjoy life and it will come.I promise :)
