Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
Try taking vitamin B (multi) at night, and then when you’re about to go to sleep, smile to yourself. Even if it’s a fakey smile. Do both of these things and you will remember your dreams. It works!

doesnt for most people, and apparently dreams don’t last for long, few mins or seconds (but i im not sure i beleive that totally).
so what you normal?!?
most people dont normally remember dreams i think. not daily anways.
i do occasionally, alot, some very vividly, to the extent they seem like memories. very fun and cool, but very very very rare. wish i had them more and could remember!!!!!!!!!!!
interested in other posts now, god question!
Do you slowly but surely gain weight, is your hair dry, skin dry, do you not have low energy? Not having dreams can be a symptom of hypothyroidism. How long have you been noticing this? Are you sure you just don’t remember them? Has anyone ever watched you toss and turn, talk in your sleep?
We spend about 25 percent of our sleep time dreaming. But dreams all too often disappear as soon as we awaken, and we can’t remember a thing.
Things You’ll Need:
Journal
Cassette Tape Recorders
Teas
Relaxing CDs
Step1
Relax before bed.
Step2
Think about and write down important things on your mind. Write down subjects you also would like to dream about.
Step3
Keep those items in mind when you get into bed but don’t concentrate too hard. That might keep you awake.
Step4Tell yourself that you will remember your dream. Repeat “I will remember my dream” several times to yourself as you drift off to sleep.
Step5
Wake up naturally, if possible, without an alarm clock. Try not to move until you can recall your dream from the night before.
Step6
Record your dream before you get out of bed. Keep a journal and pen or tape recorder by your bedside for easy access.
you wont be aware of your dreams fully, if your normal. i think im trying to say in a random way.

dreams are an insight into my ’sorting’ of my current state of affairs. if they re-occur, i would ask the question why they re-occur?.
is it a common thing in the sorting?
but never take dreams as face value. its all about the underlying metaphor in the context of the whole thing, not the individual symbolism or images.
if you think you are not dreaming. then i have to ask? do you feel tired and not refreshed in the morning?
i would guess you do?! are you stressed out at all?
try relaxing before bed and make sure the compy is turned off! ;)
I’m not stressed out and I’m normally wider awke when I don’t get enought sleep
and the computer is completely turned off
I remember my dreams when my mind is passionate. When my mind is bored my dreams follow suit.
you feel refreshed and wide awake?
well since you feel like that, and you do not remember your dreams i envy you and think you are perfectly normal and healthy!!!!!!! congrats!!!!!!!!
its odd too remember and worry about your dreams, not worry your not having them. like any normal healthy person, you are asleep and don’t remember them.
but the bad part is I stay up to late and wake up very early
i guarantee you that the dreams that you do have mean something, it just may not be clear yet or in plain sight. If you really want to find what they mean you just have to look harder in your daily life. As for not having dreams: When I have a very eventful day or night or even couple of days, I will have overflowing dreams that are reflective of what has happened to me in those past days. So when you don’t have dreams, it probably just means that you weren’t as active or don’t have that much on your mind. Besides they say that you only remember a dream that you wake up in the middle of. So I wouldn’t worry if i were you.
dreams focus upon our thoughts and emotions, and speculate that dreams deal with immediate concerns in our lives, such as unfinished business from the day, or concerns we are incapable of handling during the course of the day. Dreams can, in fact, teach us things about ourselves that we are unaware of.
If you are a passive relaxed person that is secure then that is a good thing
