There’s no such thing as dying “quick, and without pain.” Your body has a 4 million year history of protecting itself, and you are not going to turn that off.

Much, much smarter to sit quietly ’till these feelings pass, and think about the problems. Then, ask for help solving them. We will happily help you find ways to change your life. But no one with any sanity at all will suggest ways to end it.
