i have been going out with my girlfriend for a few

months and im always happy when im around her but shes always like depressed also i can’t really be close to her it’s like whenever i sit down next to her she gets up and moves but whenever we are like talking on the phone or texting shes like oh ya i love you so much and stuff like that

……..i don’t know what the heck is going on i need some help….

I hope this helps, i have been with my boyfriend for 2 and a half years, and we have a little girl together. I am exactly the same with my boyfriend and it gets him down, i love him with all my heart, but i have been hurt in the past and really find it hard to let him get close with me it is like my way of keeping him at arms length, and it makes me feel safer. Maybe you should ask your girlfriend if she has been hurt by past boyfriend(s), and reassure her that you are not going to do the same, be understanding and dont put pressure on her there has to be a perfectly good reason for her doing this, so be gentle and patient with her, after all you have only been together a couple of months, give her time to get to know you.
