you have to do something, even if it’s stupid, on sunday, for her. organise other people who know her to take her out somewhere, maybe. at least she knows you care. you can’t take away her pain, but you can numb it for a tiny while.

Oh how tragic. I am sorry. Yes, you can help with the organizing that stuff they are doing. Write a card for everyone to sign. It is going to be very meaningful for her. Just being there for her would really help.

Also, you can call her when once in a while just to say hi.

Call her, send a card, whatever, but let her know your heart goes out to her. It is important to let her know:) Sunday is going to be hard for her, so will Monday and Tuesday and on and on….knowing she is not hurting alone and that her children were loved will mean so much to her.
