Accepting yourself is more important, and doing real physical body work is healthier, but doing things your parents suggest might be wise. I don’t know,

I have not. My first thought was “miracle magic scam”. My reading of the web page changed that thought to “maybe it works, but not very much.” 7cm is not much, it wouldn’t change my life, but I’m not you.

even 1 inch is so much important for me.
well unless it’s really expensive it doesn’t look like there’s much to lose. but reflexology to stimulate pituitary glands? or whatever? sounds slightly iffy, as in doubtful.
Anyway, how tall are you and what country do you live in? This could give a little perspective.

I m 20 of age, 5 feet 3 inches and live in KSA and will soon leave for CANADA. This makes me more worried. There is not a height problem in this country but it might be a problem in Can.

Hm. I live in north america fairly close to Canada. Average male height is… about 5′10″ I think. Maybe 6′. So that’s a bit below average but it’s not anywhere near as important in people interactions as actual people skills.
I mean if you want to be taller, keep trying to be taller, but if what you really want is something else that you would achieve by being taller, maybe you could also achieve it other, easier ways.
I will not stop using it. I’ll use it for abt 8 months regularly.

Yes but what if you did shrink? Think about this, you could sue the company for millions and buy your own tropical island.
How can some one shrink? I could either be tall or nothing will happen.
