I am sad.

I have lost two friends, an aunt, and my dog within the past 6 months.

My best friend was one of those friends.

I have no hope.

Oh I’m sorry to hear that. That’s sooooo sad. But every one of us is going to loose someone in his life sooner or later. It is so hard to deal with lost. But you are strong and there is a reason for loosing people. And crisis makes us stronger sometimes. If you want to talk about them, it might make you stronger.
People who die will always be alive in our memory. They will always be alive in our hearts and they are probably in a better place than earth. Be happy for them. And they would want you to be happy to.

Just think about the good times you had with those people. Would they realy want you to be upset? Ive lost tons of people too. Just try to enjoy yourself dont think to much aboutthem, or you will make yourself feel worse. Im not saying forget them obviously. Im saying, dont live the rest of your life dwelling on thoughts of what ifs. There in a better place now. So try to cheer up. Give it some time
