I tried changing my password but didnt remember all the information.

I am now closed out of my account for 24 hours. I want to have privacy on my account so that when someone enters my screen name they arent provided with an automatic fillin of my password. Is this possible? I share an account with my husband and I dont want him reading my emails or anyone else for that matter. Please respond.
