I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get help

with making a payment for my cell phone they are saying im a payment behind but im really not and they are threatened to shut off my service cause of this one payment can someone please help me?

try to talk to someone higher up and maybe look at your payments to see if one was overlooked or never got there
