Uploading and downloading help: i only have AIM= about 28 MB, itunes=about 73 MB + quicktime= - Help.com

i only have AIM= about 28 MB, itunes=about 73 MB +

quicktime= about 76 MB, this PC-Cleaner i cant get rid of which is about 13 MB, and some other weird program which is about 2 MB. the problem is that i have no disc space left, and i cant download anything to my ipod anymore…and i really want to. i keep getting pop-ups saying that i have no more disc space. how can i fix this problem without getting rid of any programs?

you can unistall quicktime, its kinda unnecessary, and for the pc cleaner, have you gone to the control panel and clicked on add/remove programs?
