I want to find a person.

I find the person that he used to live with. How to I send that person an email. Im 46 im going back into my past to people who I have realized that made impact on my life and I dont think I would be where I am without them. If someone get get an email to them from me that would be great. My email at home is (email removed). Thank you for any help you can gvie me.
