Help.

Long story short - I have stopped taking my zoloft, and am having issues. My emotions are all over the place, extremely happy, depressed, angry, silly, content, and it’s happening all in a very short amount of time.

What do I do? If I sit back and do nothing and allow my body to adjust am I at risk for something horrible? Should I get back on it? I don’t want to because I’m afraid of being dependent on it. I don’t have any available anymore and my Dr’s office won’t be open for another 24 hours.

What did your doctor say? Did they tell you to stop taking it? I would try to contact a Dr. or a hospital, and ask them for advice.
But I would stay off of it. I think your body will adjust on itself.

Haven’t seen the Dr since he gave me my last script 3 months ago.
