Basically, right now is the past, in the future.

I think it means that the past can teach us many things about our present. When comparing the past to the present you can see how both have similar situations and you may find answers about the present in the past. The future is not like the present or the past because it is always changing.

It is a saying orginiated by Volataire. It means that the past affects/influences the present and thus the past isn’t even in the past.
