While I’ve been on help, I’ve learned a lot.
I’ve learned how I don’t need to be attention-seeking to get what I need, I’ve learned how to deal with being hurt, and I’ve learned how to deal with life a bit better than before. I’ve learned that I can’t let anyone else make me happy. I need to be happy on my own. I’m slowly growing away from the computer, and I’m slowly growing away from help. I still go on here often, but I don’t reply much. I’ve never been an extremely active user, but there have been times that I’ve had more people to talk to on here. Now I’m growing apart from it, just like any other website. I don’t know where I’ll go from here. It’s been a year since I made my first account on here, and the people and the site have changed and developed so much. I’ve made some great friends. But I’m starting to see that being on here is more of a burden than it is a gift. I might not leave the site (because so many people make “I’m leaving!” posts and promptly come back) and I might rejoin the community, but for now, I think this is goodbye. I’ll be on here for a reply every once in a while. I’ll still shout a bit. Really, nothing will change from before. This is just a post to tell everyone. If you talk to me on MSN, though I might not be on much, you know where to find me. I’ll open my email to a few people. But other than that, I’ve grown away. I’ve grown apart. I don’t know everyone on here like I used to. Too many of my friends have moved on. I was a part of the “old crowd”, I supose. I’m doing the same thing as everyone else did. So on that note, goodbye. I’ll miss this site. I’ll miss everyone here. But it’s time.
