Well as bad as it sounds maybe there isn’t anything left to do. I mean one person can only do so much and try and help someone but if they are persistant and refusing to listen then it doesn’t go anywhere. Maybe something a little closer to home has to happen? Maybe her child or husband, boyfriend if she has one needs to address the situation saying she needs to change and they need time away from her because this situation isnt fair to them. Maybe she will finally realize that her actions are have major effects of her family and she really does need to change. And if worst comes to worst, call the police, shes harassing you and if someone is a threat to others or themselves they can be legally contained for a certain amount of time and for drug and alcohol users it usually includes detoxifation which will be good for her by the sounds of it. Maybe once she comes to and realizes what she did shell changeJust an idea, but good luck!
