Sorry, that wasn’t a helpful answer. See if you can do a “system restore”. Go to control panel, performance and maintenance, system, and choose the system restore tab. If you set a system restore date earlier, you should be able to revert your pc to how it was.

Err, I meant Control Panel –> Add/Remove Programs –> Remove SP2
