I recently lightened my hair from dark brown to light blonde, and my eyebrows stand out too much.

Should I bleach them and how should I do it?

You should go and have your eye brows wax if you have not done already. Then just hang in there in about a week or so your hair will grow out and little and you brows will blend right in.

If she does that then she really will look funny in a couple weeks when her brows grow out. Believe me I tried it and I had blonde highlights on my brows now that was funny looking. Never again!!! You just trim them down and wait about a week.
