Think about what you can do. If you are able to mow lawns say you charge 20dollars per lawn. That would be 500 lawns before you need to pay for gas and maintanence on the mower. Why do you need so much money at perhaps I guess 14??? You want to buy a car in 2 years? Assume next year you start your new job at Minimum wage (really depends on what it is where you live) Up here minimum wage is 7.95 (dang it is high compared to when I was working at minimum) 14 and 15 year olds can only work 3 hours on a school day and 8 on non school day but no more than 18 hours per week. So say at 7.95wage and 18 hrs a week you will make 10 grand before taxes in say 21 months. That is before taxes which are generally 25% maybe. You have a difficult goal that you put in front of yourself. It can be done but you will need to work very hard. Good Luck
