Oh geez, you have to keep a sense of humor, otherwise you just drown!!! Sometimes things are so bad you’ve just gotta laugh at how ridiculous it all can be!! Laughter truly does heal, it’s very therapeutic… even when life gets us down, it’s good to put on some TV or something and just have a laugh, forget our troubles for awhile!!

Fizz I have no problem being silly or looking like a fool for a good laugh. I think the more stressful of a job you have, the more important it is to find humor in everyday situations. I find that even on here humor is so important. It is amazing how people bond over a good laugh.

Maybe her back has her down. Plus when I am intense on something, nervous, upset, I put my heart into it and I plum wear myself out.
Oh just tired, came home to house full of boys teenagers playing games and making a mess. Sometimes I want a break. Good kids really. Seasons over, snowboarding. I guess I’d rather have them here than driving around. Were on acreage and things cool to boys. Beaver ponds, target practice.

I used to be serious all the time when I was quite a bit younger…..a very serious young man……sometimes it was good, sometimes not so good…
Anyway, yes laughing is wonderful and so needed. Of course studies done. Making the brain release endorphins and serotonin I believe. Of course giving the human body the sense of happiness and improvement on libido and sleep!

lmfao… hahahahaha… well.. just letting you know that im back… it got turned back on a few minutes ago.. im so excited… i have no idea what the people did before it was invented…. boring…. lol… but i have to leave in about 1/2 an hour because i have a dr’s appt. ugh… i so just wanted to cancel it… but seeing i have canceled it the last 3 times.. i think i better just go…. lol..
