well, maybe you should try a different kind of push up… maybe start on your knees instead of your feet, ya know? push ups work for your arms and chest…and you can do them anywhere… they oughta get your arms in better shape…if not, try lifting some weights maybe? curls and benching…

i have the same problem..
usually just excersizing them by holding them out to your side pulling them into your chest them pull them out in front of you
then push them up
ive seen an improvement in the amount of fat under my arms when i did those excersizes for fifteen minutes everyday
of course..that may not work with you
i dont know.

So about how long do you find improvement?? And I am assuming that when you push them up..to do push ups?? Ha…any suggestions for my stomach? Thats the next step. And I eat pretty well, and play softball, so I dont get why I dont ever loose noticable weight..

crunches… try a wide variety of them… you can also lie flat on your back, put a weight (a book, or something) on your legs and slowly lift them up, and just repeat it until you feel a nice burn in your abs… it takes a while, and you have to stick to it… at first you might not notice a change, but when people start complimenting you on it, it feels awesome… i’ve been working on my arms, and my girlie loves them… yeah i gotta get around to my ‘flabs’ soon…lol also a good excersise is simply running… it’ll help you lose weight, stay fit, and you’ll have more energy…

there’s no such thing as a retarded question… if you don’t ask, you won’t know…

lie on your back… hold your hands to the back of your head with your elbows straight out, look straight up, don’t nod your head… and just use your abs to raise your head, so you ‘crunch’ your abs… or you could do full sit-ups…

yeah i don’t really get what he’s talkin about either… maybe with weights, hold them straight out to either side, and lower them slowly… try to raise them back up with a 2 count, and lower them with a 4 count… (up 1,2… down 1,2,3,4) breath in when you raise them, and out when lowering…

yeah, there’s really a whole list of stuff you could do… just try to find something that suits you…something your comfortable doing… never push yourself too hard though…trust me, you’ll regret it…
