sharp stabbing pains in ma tummah?

so im sittin at lunch, talkin with my friends and my friend eddie gives me a piece of his quesadilla. it was good, it was just a plain taco bell tortilla and cheese with no sauce. and about and hour later, i have the worst stabbing feeling between the bottom of my rigs and right above my bladder.

pain doesn’t bother me… but holy crap! i went to the office signed out of school, and went home and laid in the fetal position on the floor of my room for 4 hours..

any idea what was wrong with me?

P.S.
i haven’t been eating bread, pasta, tortillas, or any other starches, im trying to drop some weight, could my body have rejected it?

but only when i eat tacos.
