HELP my online friend is very shy and she thinks people like her should never have been born?

I want to write her a nice email. What’s something amazing I can say to help her feel better about being so shy, and that it will get better. She is older not a teen, 20s. She thinks she wont get a job. I want to offer major BIG GOOD EXCELLENT words of encouragement . Something true to lift her hopes. She is a college student and at the moment experiencing HEAVY school work load also.

Sometimes they are marked as with adult content. People get them as notices but they are not shown in the home page.

Instead of focusing on her shyness, why not write her telling her all the other wonderful things about her? The things that make you want to be her friend, and sure that she has amazing things to offer to other people too? You may not be able to change her mind and give her all the confidence in the world, but knowing she has your support and that you think she’s someone worth knowing could help her see all that you see in her.
