Forgive me for being trivial, but am just about to rent a dvd, and was looking for some suggestions!

!!

I love movies which have a lasting impression and make you think. I also love cheesy stuff, but I like there to be some depth, like Hairspray! Its so happy and cheesy and totally Disney style, but there is a message there. Or Enchanted!

But I usually go for serious movies. Any ideas?

I have to agree xNa-me! I read the book ages ago, and I was going to watch the movie, but when I saw the trailor, I saw how much they had changed and I just couldn’t bare to watch it. First off, the girl is IRISH. WHY do they have to change that? And she didn’t go on holiday to Ireland, and she didn’t go fishing. And Ireland is most definitely not like they portrayed it in the movie. And Ireland has MANY AMAZING actors. So WHY would they use a scottish actor like Gerard Butler? He is one of my favourite actors, but still. He isn’t Irish! And neither is his accent!

So I guess you like reading then? :o)
I used to do nothing else but read and I’d read a book a day. Hence I barely talked. I realised how unhealthy that was so I’ve stopped reading to that extend and become much more social!

Whats your favourite book/s?

lol. Are you still trying to rent that movie? This post is like 3 months old, but I have a suggestion.
Try:
‘’Running Scared'’ (Paul Walker)
‘’Gone Baby Gone'’(Morgan Freeman)

And if you like comedy, try these plays by Tyler Perry
‘’Madea goes to jail'’
‘’I can do bad by myself'’…
Those are hilair and are clean comedies that are also good for cheering you up.
