My name is samantha zhanel, i live in ennis texas.

i am marries to a wonderful man joseph and we have two little girls taylor 8 and leann 5. recently we got behind on our hosue payments due to my daughters illiness severe asthma. her medications cost around 500 a month. we would ahve never gotten behind had my husband not of been laid off. vurrently we are 6,128.00 behind on our house. we can barely afford to put food on the able. alot of time my husband and i go without eating just so the girls can eat. i am depressed all the time, and i just want it all to stop. i wan to be able to make my hosue payments and put food on the table for my children. please if there is anyone out there that knows of someone that could help me please email me at (email removed). i would be glad to show them my hosue statement and other bills. recently i was working 2 jobs just to make ends meet. school started and now my children need me. my husband woeks odd jobs to pay the bills but those are not always there.

I have a couple of suggestions for you. One is to go to a reputable credit counselor. They don’t have to cost very much and they can help you get some relief from your creditirs and maybe keep your house from being foreclosed on (although I’m not familiar with Texas laws). Another thing about earning more money. If the local employment situation is bad, maybe you or your husband should use the internet to earn more money? Is Ennis in Ellis County? There are some government agencies that might be able to help your family. You pay taxes for a reason after all…

If your family income is really low you could qualify for food stamps or even temporary assistance.

Have you considered doing a HELOC (home equity line of credit) loan, that way you could get some cash to pay bills? it will give you another payment, but it will wrap up the rest of your bills into one payment and with one intrest rate?

Thanks for the advice on asthma, my family and I too are in finacial difficulty, I cry alot but keep faith that as bad as it can get my family will remain and that is more important than anything. My husband and I lost a 4 year old daughter years ago and now know that our 12 and 9 year old children are more important than anything. Money cant buy happiness but it is hard to be happy without it but children are happy with love and attention.

Help me with: Why is it people are more depressed during the winter?
