i dont know if my ritalin helps or hinders anymore

ive been taking ritalin for around a year perhaps more, i started on small doses twice a day and now i take 1 long acting dose in mornings. at first i think it helped, whether it was in my head or ive no idea but my school work improved and stuff. for the past few months though ive noticed some really negative changes. my girlfriend has pointed out that im really grumpy and short tempered when i take it, i almost always get a headache when i take it, especially for the first few hours. its thrown my eating off alot. i dont know whether i should keep on taking it or not.

You should probably talk to your dr about the changes you’ve noticed

well first off ridalin and aderol are way over prescribed. And doctors are eager to prescribe it. I got addicted to it when i was prescribed and it really ****** with my head because i dont think i ever had add. So be careful with it.
